Blue & Gold Food Coordinator

Event

Duties 

  • Work with B&G Chair, Scoutmaster, and Committee Chair to determine what the overall theme/plan/logistics should be for the event
  • Research catering options and write up options to present to the leadership committee
  • Coordinate with chosen caterer to ensure timely delivery and set up
  • Create Sign Up Genius for the Pack with banquet needs (eg, additional food, tables, drinks, utensils and plates)
  • Ensure the sign up list is filled and, if not, conducting follow up with the Pack
  • Day-of set up and clean up
    • Arrive one hour early to set-up
    • Enlist pack members and parents to help clean up

  • Two months leading up to event
    • Approximately 3-4 hour total in preparation

    • Set-Up 1 hour
    • Clean-Up 30 minutes
