Duties 

• Coordinate facility arrangement with the City of Phoenix 
• This function will be supported by the Committee Chair 
• Help recruit Food and Activity Coordinators 
• Work with Coordinators to make sure that these "needs" are being met 
• Arrange for rocket man to show up
