Duties
- Work with B&G Chair, Scoutmaster, and Committee Chair to determine what the overall theme/plan/logistics should be for the event
- Research catering options and write up options to present to the leadership committee
- Coordinate with chosen caterer to ensure timely delivery and set up
- Create Sign Up Genius for the Pack with banquet needs (eg, additional food, tables, drinks, utensils and plates)
- Ensure the sign up list is filled and, if not, conducting follow up with the Pack
- Day-of set up and clean up
- Arrive one hour early to set-up
- Enlist pack members and parents to help clean up
