Event

Duties 

• Work with B&G Chair, Scoutmaster, and Committee Chair to determine what the overall theme/plan/logistics should be for the event 
• Recruit other families to bring or administer an activity 

Estimated Time Commitment 

• Two months leading up to event
  Approximately 3-4 hour total in preparation
• Day-Of
  • Set-Up 1 hour
  • Clean-Up 30 minutes
